Application: Widely used for oil purification and vacuum hot oil circulation drying during the installation and maintenance of various large transformer equipment. It is suitable for the purification of insulating oil in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transformers above 110-500KV, featuring a secondary high-vacuum separation system and a three-dimensional flash evaporation system. It effectively removes water, gas, acid value, free carbon, etc. It can be used not only for oil filtration but also as an independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oil filling of transformer equipment. After treatment, the transformer oil achieves a higher ultimate withstand voltage.

9. Dual infrared beam scanning oil automatic control system, automatically adjusting balance and detecting foam. If excessive foam is detected, it automatically reduces pressure to eliminate foam, preventing oil leakage. Combined with a triple interlock protection, it automatically shuts down under overpressure with continuous audible and visual alarms, achieving truly unattended online operation. This ensures a wider control range, more precise transmission, and eliminates misoperation.
